For a Turkcell line, begin with the official Yönlendir service page. It describes forwarding conditions and ways to manage the service. Use its current instructions for your line instead of an old saved code.
Confirm the intended route
Write down the number your customers call, the destination supplied for your agent and the forwarding condition you need. Check whether you are changing a personal mobile line, a business line or a route managed by a telephone system.
Ask Turkcell to confirm the destination’s eligibility, plan conditions, charges and the correct number format. A carrier service description does not establish that every plan and Golub Voice destination combination has been tested.
Review existing call services
Before changing a rule, check whether voicemail or another service already handles unanswered, busy or unreachable calls. Keep the original settings and the carrier’s restoration instructions.
Choose only the conditions required for your workflow. For example, forwarding unanswered calls and forwarding all calls represent different caller journeys. Make sure the selected rule matches what your team expects.
Prepare the verification
Agree with the line owner how to check the exact selected condition. The expected result should include the correct greeting, agent identity and fallback. An activation message alone does not confirm the destination’s behaviour.
If the phone reports an invalid setting or calls reach a different service, inspect the active carrier rule before changing the agent’s instructions. For broader routing checks, use Phone setup and forwarding. If the carrier rule is correct but the agent state is unclear, use Troubleshooting.
